Management and Staff

Our relationship with Riverina began in October 2008. We made the decision to get a pool so did the hard yards going from pool company to pool company and only getting more and more confused as we did so. Then we happened across Riverina's outlet in Rockingham, where we met Peter Smith. Peter explained a lot of things to us 'novices' and gave us a quote on the pool of our choice. We had other quotes of course, and Riverina were not the cheapest quote, but we were impressed by the quality of their pools, the noticeably thicker fibreglass and the huge range of colours etc. We were also impressed with the 'no pressure' obliging manner of Peter. So a week later we were back putting a deposit on our pool. We opted to have it installed June/ July of 2009 because the ground where we live is partially clay and very hard when dry so we wanted the winter rains to soften this for easier digging. Riverina had no problems with this decision. On Tuesday the 23rd of June 2009 the hole was dug and on Wednsday the 24th the pool went in, from there on it was a succession of tradesmen installing the pump and filter, electricians wiring it all up, paving people attaching the bullnose header, handover man making sure all of the equipment operated properly and cleaning the pool. Each and everyone of these people did an excellent job, were pleasant and easy to deal with. The whole operation went smoothly and trouble free from start to finish.

We are also full of praise for Lucy Smith at head office, every time we have phoned her with questions she has been pleasant, patient and most helpful. Thank you Lucy.

To everyone from Riverina (contractors etc) thank you all very much for a job well done. We are looking forward to enjoying our very first pool this and every summer.

The swimming pool installers were friendly, efficient and professional. Darryl the Paver/Bull nosing around the pool was exceptionally fantastic. He is an attention to detail professional. I have never come across a tidier and neater paver. Daryl is definitely a credit to your company. John, the handover person was patient, and very thorough with explanation.

I would also like to thank Daryl Davies from Urban Glass Fencing, whom you have recommended. He has also done an exceptional/outstanding job with the fence. He is another attention to detail person.

Service like that is hard to find in today’s world. The next home we build, we will not even waste out time getting quotes from other companies, as we know we will get the best service from you, from start. Hello Murray,

It’s been just over 12 months since we installed our Riverina Moritz pool, the one in the lovely ‘Mustave’ sand finish. You may remember we installed it into a pre-existing massive concrete pool that had always been thoroughly unsatisfactory.

Now after 12 months we can assert that we have been thrilled with the outcome and the effectiveness of the Riverina. Pool running costs have been reduced by 75% and usage has gone up by 300%.

We have had Murray of Riverina Pools install a 7.4 x 3.6 metre fibreglass pool in the backyard of our house during January 2006. We have had the pool for almost four weeks and are enjoying it very much!

I found Murray's business approach and service excellent. The products offered are very competitively priced and Murray always treated Helen and myself honestly and openly in all matters. We where never subjected to 'sales talk' in an effort to upgrade the basic equipment of the pool at additional cost as occured with other firms from which we obtained quotes. We found Murray's approach a very refreshing change!

While the personal service provided by Murray was very good and can be commended, it is the pool and its installation that is of at least equal importance.

While i am not an expert on pool construction or installation, two sets of tradesman employed by Helen and I (both with over 15 years of experience around pools) commented, without encouragement, that the pool was very well made, and that the installation in terms of levels of finish was first rate.

I also could not help but notice the accuracy and diligence with which the pool plumber and electrician worked to achieve a great outcome. At the same time these subcontractors where skillful, helpful and polite.

On the basis of my experience both with Riverina Pools and Murray I would not hesitate to recommend Riverina.
